Cancellation Policy
At SS The Label, each piece is carefully handcrafted and often made-to-order to meet your preferences. As a result, our cancellation policy is designed to protect the integrity of our custom production process.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, the order enters the production queue and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order within the 24-hour window, please email us at ssthelabeldxb@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +971 52 559 7286 with your order number and cancellation request.
Our team will confirm the cancellation via email or message.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Custom-made, personalized, or altered orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once processing begins.
Orders marked as “shipped” or “in production” are no longer eligible for cancellation.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved cancellations within the eligible window will be refunded via the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
