All pieces at SS The Label are made to order. Once confirmed, we begin crafting your outfit with hand-selected fabrics and embroidery, tailored just for you.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns.
However, if there’s a defect or damage, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in original condition.

Yes, you can book a private consult with our design team via DM or WhatsApp to discuss your vision, sizing, and customization.
We use premium fabrics such as georgette, tafta silk, crepe and net adorned with intricate hand embroidery using sequins, pearls, crystals, and cut dana beads.
Currently, we operate primarily online. However, you can book private Consultations at our studio through appointment only.
