Each piece at SS The Label is crafted with care, precision, and purpose. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the bespoke process — from sourcing premium fabrics to hand embroidery, tailored to your specifications.
Orders can be placed directly via our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram DMs.
For custom orders, Connect with our team to confirm sizing, color preferences, and design details.
Completion time for custom orders varies from 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping from Dubai.
Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partner availability.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or shared during custom consultations.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer returns.
However, if there is a genuine issue with the product — such as incorrect sizing from our end or damage during shipping — we are happy to assist with an exchange or correction.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
Exchanges are only accepted for items with defects or production errors.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we begin the handcrafting process, and cancellations are not possible.
